As an activities director for a senior center or residence, I know it is very important plan some activities that can get folks shifting. Then seize the foot pedals with you hands and pedal away together with your arms as a substitute and hey presto, you could have a hand cycle as a substitute.

They won’t even discover how much they’re exercising their arms and keeping their arms above their hearts.

To make it more durable, do the exercise with only one leg, holding the opposite leg within the air above your hips.
